1. General Terms

By renting a vehicle from Quad Rental Marrakech, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your rental and use of our quads, scooters, and 4-wheelers. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, cancellation of the rental, or legal action.

2. Rental Eligibility

• Renters must be at least 18 years old and present a valid driver’s license or passport.
• A security deposit is required for all rentals and will be refunded upon the safe return of the vehicle.
• Renters must have prior experience operating the rented vehicle or undergo a brief training session.

3. Booking & Payment

• Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking to secure your rental.
• Payment methods accepted: cash, credit/debit card, and bank transfer.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Vehicle Usage & Safety Rules

• Vehicles are approved for both road and off-road use but must be operated responsibly.
• Helmets and safety gear provided must be worn at all times.
• Renters must not operate vehicles under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that impair judgment.
• The renter is fully responsible for any damages caused during the rental period.

5. Insurance & Liability

• Basic liability coverage is included, but renters are responsible for any damages, theft, or loss of the vehicle.
• In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately inform Quad Rental Marrakech and provide necessary reports.
• Any repair costs due to negligence or misuse will be deducted from the security deposit.

6. Late Returns & Penalties

• Late returns will incur an additional hourly or daily fee.
• If the vehicle is not returned within 24 hours of the agreed time without notification, it will be considered stolen and reported to authorities.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal information provided during booking is kept confidential and used only for rental purposes.
• We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Marrakech.
